MK-International undertakes the printing of books, periodicals, company brochures,
advertising and promotional material, International Trade Mission brochures, etc.
If desired we can carry out graphic design. We
are able to supply a complete package service. For example; advertising
materials, translated from the original into the language for your target
market, designed, printed and delivered.
Why?

Central Europe, where labour rates are lower but the quality is equal or better,
allows us to provide a client with up to 25% reduction on the same order printed
in the UK and EU.
We are able to
print in low volumes (in the hundreds of copies) to very large runs (in
excess of 150,000 or more copies).

From the time
that we accept your order, our trusted specialist subcontractors will continuously control the
successful processing of your printed materials. We control the quality of
production as well as adhering to supply deadlines. We will deliver your order
to you or your client, anywhere in Central Europe and abroad, on time and in the
best quality.
The montage
department, equipped with up-to-date technology and staffed by skilled
specialists, will take care of your order and prepare it for printing within

Modern rotary offset machines are
digitally controlled but led by skilled master printers and the available choice
of different types of rotary printing machines enables us to determine the
optimal method for the production of printed materials to your requirements.
Four-colour
Harris M-600 rotary machines with a maximum roll width of 965 mm and a
paper-weight of up to 115 g/m2 are able to print in tandem,
continuously, up to 32 pages of A4 size. The fully automatic, digitally
controlled line is equipped with Quad/Tech automatic setting and monitoring of
the colour register, a folding machine and lengthwise adhesive binding and
allows printed objects to be trimmed to a given format according to your
requirements without the need for any further book-binding process.
Four-colour
Harris M-200 and Zirkon Forta 660 rotary machines are suitable for printing
smaller issues of printed products from 20,000 upwards. The Harris M-200 has a
maximum roll width of 960 mm and is able to print up to 16 pages with adhesive
binding. The Zirkon has a maximum roll width of 660 mm and is appropriate for
high quality printing, e.g. company brochures and advertising material. Both
machines allow several flexible possibilities of folding and trimming, exactly
to your requirements.
The Koebau
Compacta S60 and S32, with a maximum roll width of 1220 mm and the C24, with a
maximum roll width of 960 mm, have 5 printing stations and are able to print the
fifth additional colour according to your needs. These digitally controlled
presses are also equipped with Quad/Tech automatic colour register setting and
folding machines.
The
combination of presses for horizontal and vertical formats enables us to select
the best production route with regard to format and the individual requirements
of the client. Ink types can be quickly changed on all of the machines according
to the type of coated or non-coated paper. We therefore have a
very wide choice of production possibilities.
Modern
technology in skilled hands provides consistently high quality in the whole
print run.
The
bookbinding process is carried out on modern lines. The Müller-Martini line,
for wire stitching from between one to four staples, is also able to trim to net
format. We are able to glue or sew in advertising supplements, flat objects and
other printed materials. Looped staples can also be used for easy filing into a
folder.
The
Wohlenberg line, for adhesive binding, can use different types of glue according
to the type of paper.
It
can compaginate even extremely thin printed pages, or “gillettes”,
with a back width from 2 mm to voluminous products with a back width of up
to 60 mm, all subsequently trimmed to net format. The line has 18
stations and enables us to bind with various options including twofold,
“French window” or to glue in CDs in paper envelopes.
A great
advantage to our clients is speed and completeness. We guarantee error-free
distribution of your product within the agreed time to any given place in
Central Europe and abroad.
Packaging and dispatch of finished products proceeds continuously in a three-shift operation.
Automatic, digitally controlled “Polywrap” and “Sitma” wrapping lines
are able to seal every single copy into plastic foil.
If desired, addresses from a database
supplied by the client are transferred onto the package by Inkjet spray.
Transparent
wrapping foils, non-transparent foils, transparent foil with a strip and
shrink-foils are all available according to the wishes of the client. Even
at the point of wrapping, there is still the possibility of inserting
advertising materials into the product or into the foil wrapper.
Automatic machines then bind the
individually wrapped products into parcels, according to postcodes, ready
for dispatch.
Orders may also be shipped by road,
to any destination, using our trusted shipping agents.
Just order
the production, supply a list of addresses and leave the rest to us. What could be
simpler?
